Through a partnering team approach Randall developed and coordinated many aspects of this project with the engineers up to and including the mechanical rooms which SSR used for their record documents.

Randall was responsible for value engineering, Submittal Review, and Quality Control. we designed a 15 Degree Brine Solution Used as Cooling Medium, a 30 Degree Space Inhabited by Penguins and Human Visitors, Extensive Heat Recovery – both Desiccant Wheel and Membrane Type Used, Active Desiccant Process Used to Dry Outside Air, and Liquid Desiccant Units and Cromer Cycle Rooftop Units Used for Dehumidification of Space.
